At Home with the Hornets

After one of Blake's last home games, we hosted a team party for the Hornets. We had lots of yummy food, team spirit, and fun!

After the boys ate they played tackle, chase, keep-away, jumped on the tramp, battled with bafoo swords, and then some. All this activity took place after playing a action packed soccer game and on full stomachs! Boys this age NEVER TIRE. They took a quick break for some soccer ball cake and ice-cream........then back to the yard they went to run around some more. Coaches from several teams came to join in on the fun. Many of them speak Spanish as their native language, so while the kids played, the coaches and many of the dads who served Spanish speaking missions stood around and visited. After an hour or so, it began to feel like we were in an entirely different country. ;)
