Sea World and "Soak Zone" mean about the same thing to the Becker Boys. They loved getting wet and wanted to sit in the soak zone every chance they got. I spent the first 15 minutes waiting for the dolphin show in denial and kept telling Kenz that we won't get wet. As the announcer kept repeating which rows were the soak zone and the employees kept walking around selling ponchos, with two minutes left I grabbed my cash and ran to get a poncho for Kenzie and I to share. Needless to say, we were in the 4th row and not even a poncho spared our hair that day. The wave of water from the first show of the day went up and over our poncho and covered us all in fishy water. Oh well.

Wet again! After getting treats and Shamu drinks we headed off to yet another soak zone!

Another perk of being at Sea World on the off season is that you don't really need to be at the exhibits during feeding time to get the opportunity to feed the animals. Since it's not that crowded, they let you buy food and feed them at all times. (If you think feeding your family in resort locations is expensive, try feeding the sea life, yikes!)

Blake had fun hunting out every penny smasher each day. About the only place he didn't find one was the beach. We bought him a little folder that holds all your smashed pennies and he pretty much had it filled with souvenir pennies before the 9 days were done.

Seth LOVED the penguins. We would have stayed there all day watching them. So when he saw a stuffed animal penguin, he hugged it and wouldn't let it go.
