Hot Dogs, S'mores, and Snowballs

Our first official weenie roast of the year was a tasty success. The kids are getting old enough (and patient enough) to cook their own and find great satisfaction in doing so.
After dinner we had s'mores.
The Smith family has traditionally had a snowball fight every May since we can remember. It is so much fun, that each kid has planted the necessary snowball bush in their yard so that the tradition may continue. After our hot dogs and s'mores, Grams and Pa got the kids in a circle and wanted them to start singing...
Once there was a snowman, snowman, snowman...Once there was a snowman, tall, tall, TALL.
In the sun he melted, melted, melted...
In the sun he melted, small, small, small. After a few rounds of that song (sung at different speeds), snow started falling and the snowball fight began!!!
Oh what fun!
Watch out behind you!
Duck!
An Albino Mickey Mouse
Mom with only 3 days to go!

What a fun tradition! I love the snowball fight. You're almost done, Alisa! Good luck with the delivery.
